Our Recent Projects and Successes
Grade II Listed Farm House
We have successfully obtained planning permission and listed building consent for a Grade II Listed Farm House set in rural Essex.
Following a refusal, the client contacted Bacchus Design to see if we could assist in securing permission to provide a light and airy room where their young family could interact together. Whilst providing a relaxed area for entertaining linking the inside with the garden beyond.
This entailed establishing an understanding of the requirements of the client whilst balancing these with the importance of the Listed Building and forging a strong working relationship with the Council’s Conservation Officer.
